As I reflect on this month, I like to think of it as getting through the minutia. All these little things started to fester up and cause havoc inside my head. To be honest this was challenging to get through and definitely a major learning experience for me. I'm always a positive person, but I had to learn not listen to the little negative voices that were popping up over every little thing. Thankfully through guided meditation and grounding, I was able to focus and get back on track. Now I'm fully ready to take charge and look ahead to the future.

I have been painting a lot more this month which has also helped me stay grounded. I'm still in an abstract frame of mind so that's where my focus is. Painting gives me great joy. I'm always happiest when it's just me and the canvas. I feel that I face myself everytime I paint with honesty and truthfulness. It's the creative process from start to finish that motivates me. I always push myself a little bit more outside of my comfort zone. Some ideas work great on canvas and others don't, so I start all over again as we do in life. There will always be road blocks ahead, but it's possible to get through them and find the positive in every situation no matter how big or small, or how difficult they are.
